Privacy notice
This notice explains how Refrigerated Trailer Hire will use personal information submitted through enquiries.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, telephone number, email, delivery location, event dates and operational details needed to quote and provide services.
Why we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage bookings, provide support and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Online booking and delivery calculations
Online availability checks send the delivery postcode to Postcodes.io and postcode coordinates to FOSSGIS routing services to calculate road mileage. Bookings, contact details, delivery addresses and payment references are stored securely for hire administration. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout; we do not receive or store full card details. No marketing consent is implied by a booking.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the work or where required by law. Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to quote, provide services, maintain records and meet legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law. Contact bookings@altieri.info. The data controller is Italian@Events Ltd, company 11464429, registered at 35 Melkridge Close, Chester, CH2 3DN.
